I love baking birthday cakes for all my friends and family. As a baker, most of my friends and family members expect me to make them birthday cakes, and I’m always happy to create a new birthday cake, thinking about the person who’s going to get it.

My ultimate birthday cake must contain chocolate and be festive and decorated. However I know many people who would prefer something not chocoltey at all.
