Healthy Chocolate Salami

Ingredients

For the chocolate salami:

  • 250 grams date paste
  • 20 grams (2 tbsp.) cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. natural date syrup
  • 100 grams (1 cup) oatmeal

For the coating:

  • Ground coconut or sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a food processor with a steel blade, grind all the ingredients into a uniform mixture.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a work surface and divide into 2 parts.
  3. Roll each part into a tight cylinder and cover in coconut or sesame.
  4. Cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator to set and serve.
