Homemade quiche is definitely one of the things I like to bake when Shavuot is near. Even though we’re two months away from Shavuot, I couldn’t help but bake this onion quiche; which is one of our favorite dinners lately.

This onion quiche is so fragrant, rich and delicious. The added parmesan cheese and silvered almonds make it fancy and even more decadent than usual. On a short crust savory crust lays an onion and leek filling, enriched with parmesan and royal sauce, and the almonds at the top add crunch.

If you like onions as much as I do, this quiche will definitely become one of your favorites. Serve is with a small green salad on the side – and it’s such a great dinner or even a great idea for brunch.
