(1 cup) sour cream<\/li>\n<li>280 grams (2 cups) all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>10 grams (2 tsp.) baking powder<\/li>\n<li>200 grams (1 cup) chocolate chips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For the chocolate cream:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>250 ml. (1 cup) whipping cream, very cold<\/li>\n<li>30 grams (3 tbsp). powdered sugar<\/li>\n<li>20 grams (2 tbsp.) cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li>10 grams (1 tbsp.) instant vanilla pudding powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For decoration:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Chocolate snowballs<\/li>\n<li>Chocolate sprinkles<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<h4>Chocolate chip cupcakes:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 180c degrees and arrange paper molds in a muffin pan.<\/li>\n<li>In a mixer bowl with paddle attachment cream together butter, sugar, salt and vanilla until light and fluffy.<\/li>\n<li>Scrape down the edges of the bowl with a spatula and add in the eggs, mixing between additions, until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Add the sour cream and mix well until combined.<\/li>\n<li>Add flour and baking powder and mix until almost uniform.<\/li>\n<li>Add about \u00be of the chocolate chips and mix until combined.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the mixture into the molds and fill almost to the rim.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle the top of the cupcakes with the remaining chocolate chips.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cupcakes turn golden and set..<\/li>\n<li>Cool completely at room temperature.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Chocolate cream:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>In a mixer bowl with whipping attachment place cream.
