Although I try to eat relatively healthy most of the time, one of the things I do not give up every single day is chocolate! Every day I eat some chocolate, and always try to pick something I really like (say, a Mozart chocolate ball or two Lindt’s dark chocolate cubes with roasted sesame or sea salt). That’s how I fit chocolate into my routine nutrition and enjoy every bite.

I made these next tahini chocolate fudge out of a desire to make something sweet and chocolatey that is quite healthy too. These tahini chocolate fudge bars are the easiest candy in the world! They only require a few minutes of preparation and are made of 4 ingredients. I use dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa solids to keep them bittersweet, but if you prefer them sweeter you can use a smaller percentage of cocoa solids chocolate too.

They are very easy to prepare, dairy free, vegan, gluten free, and if you use chocolate with at least 85% cocoa solids, they are also suitable for those who follow the Paleo diet. They are also kept perfectly for a month in the freezer.
