It\u2019s actually a combination of chocolate and passion fruit, and this is such a unique combo. The sweetness and creaminess of the chocolate combines perfectly with the some-what tartness of the passion fruit.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">These honey chocolate truffles also contain passion fruit, in some kind of a homage to my favorite Pierre Herme\u2019s dessert. (1\/2 cup + 2 tbsp.) heavy cream<\/li>\n<li>50 ml. (3 tbsp.) strained passion fruit juice<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. honey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Topping:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>150 grams melted dark chocolate<\/li>\n<li>Dark cocoa powder<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Chop the chocolate and put in a medium bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Place a small saucepan with cream, passion fruit juice, honey and salt and bring to simmering point.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the boiling cream mixture over the chocolate, wait a minute, and stir until you get a uniform and shiny chocolate ganache.<\/li>\n<li>Cool the ganache in the refrigerator completely for 2-3 hours until it sets and is easy to roll.<\/li>\n<li>Roll balls of ganache and cool in the refrigerator for about an hour.<\/li>\n<li>Cover the balls in melted chocolate and immediately roll in cocoa.<\/li>\n<li>Cool until the coating is set and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the truffles in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">You can freeze the truffles for up to a month.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n<\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mogador is one of my favorite flavors combination, creatively invented by the genius Pierre Herme.
