I can\u2019t really decide whether I prefer white or dark chocolate with my coffee \u2013 both simply make a delicious combo.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">These coffee brownies combine all three of them \u2013 dark chocolate brownies with coffee and white chocolate chips. (2 tbsp.) espresso<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. coffee liqueur<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>120 grams (about 1 cup) all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>100 grams (1\/2 cup) white chocolate chips<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 175c degrees.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl put dark chocolate and butter and melt in a microwave or over double boiler.<\/li>\n<li>Add the sugar and beat well.<\/li>\n<li>Add the eggs one at a time, whisking between additions, than add espresso, liqueur and salt and beat until mixture is smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Sift in the flour and fold in gently using a spatula until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Add chocolate chips and stir until disperse in the batter.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the mixture into a greased pan and flatten the top.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for about 20-24 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is still a bit soft.<\/li>\n<li>Cool completely at room temperature, but into squares and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Instead of chocolate chips you can use chopped nuts.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">If you do not have an espresso machine you can prepare coffee extract by mixing a tablespoon of instant coffee (preferably granulated) with 3-4 tablespoons of boiling water.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the brownies in a sealed container at room temperature for up to a week.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">The brownies can be frozen for up to a month.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_21911\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-21911\" class=\"wp-image-21911\" title=\"Coffee Brownies with White Chocolate Chips\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lilcookie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/coffee_brownies_with_white_chocolate_chips-s.jpg\" alt=\"Coffee Brownies with White Chocolate Chips\" width=\"800\" height=\"1200\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-21911\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"attachment_21910\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-21910\" class=\"wp-image-21910\" title=\"Coffee Brownies with White Chocolate Chips\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lilcookie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/coffee_brownies_with_white_chocolate_chips4-s.jpg\" alt=\"Coffee Brownies with White Chocolate Chips\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-21910\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One of my favorite flavors combination is coffee and chocolate.
