(2 tbsp.) boiling water<\/li>\n<li>30 ml. (2 tbsp.) milk<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 170c degrees.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, mix flour, oatmeal, coconut and brown sugar. Meanwhile, melt butter and corn syrup.<\/li>\n<li>Mix baking soda and boiling water, and add in the melted butter.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients bowl, add milk and mix until smooth dough is formed.<\/li>\n<li>Cool the dough for about 10 minutes in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<li>Shape the dough into small balls and place on a baking trays lined with baking paper.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for about 10-12 minutes until cookies are golden.<\/li>\n<li>Cool completely on a rack and store in a sealed container.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">If you want, you can freeze them up to a month.
