These brownies are so rich and chocolatey and can be made gluten free easily. It has the most luscious peanut butter cream in the center and a beautiful shiny chocolate ganache on top. One bite of it \u2013 and you won&#8217;t be able to stop!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_17111\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-17111\" class=\"wp-image-17111\" title=\"Chocolate and Peanut Butter Brownies\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lilcookie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/chocolate_peanut_butter_brownies2-s.jpg\" alt=\"Chocolate and Peanut Butter Brownies\" width=\"800\" height=\"1200\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-17111\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6091382327871787\" data-ad-slot=\"7832461759\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 20299--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Chocolate and Peanut Butter Brownies<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<h4>For the brownie:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>200 grams dark chocolate<\/li>\n<li>150 grams (1 stick + 1 tbsp.) butter<\/li>\n<li>120 grams (1\/2 cup + 2 tbsp.) sugar<\/li>\n<li>pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>3 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>70 grams (1\/2 cup) all-purpose flour or cornstarch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Peanut butter cream:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>150 grams (4 heaping tablespoons) smooth peanut butter<\/li>\n<li>30 grams (2 tbsp.) soft butter<\/li>\n<li>85 grams (2\/3 cup) icing sugar<\/li>\n<li>125 ml. (1\/2 cup) cold whipping cream<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. instant vanilla pudding powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For chocolate ganache:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>100 grams dark chocolate<\/li>\n<li>125 ml. (1\/2 cup) whipping cream<\/li>\n<li>Chopped nuts for garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 170 degrees and lightly grease the pan.<\/li>\n<li>Chop the chocolate and place in a bowl. Add butter and melt together in the microwave or over a double-boiler, until everything is melted and mixture is smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Add sugar and salt and beat into a smooth mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Add eggs one at a time, stirring between each addition.<\/li>\n<li>Add flour (or cornstarch) and beat just until a smooth batter forms.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the batter into the pan, flatten the top and bake for about 20-25 minutes until the brownie is set in the edges, but slightly soft in the center.<\/li>\n<li>Cool at room temperature.<\/li>\n<li>Peanut butter cream: in a bowl of a mixer with a whipping-attachment put peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar and mix until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Add heavy cream and stabilizer and beat at high speed until thick cream forms.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the cream over the brownie, and smooth evenly using a palate knife.<\/li>\n<li>Cool for about an hour in the freezer.<\/li>\n<li>Chocolate ganache: chop the chocolate and put in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Add heavy cream and solvents together in the microwave or over double-boiler until everything is melted and mixture is smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the chocolate coating on top of the peanut butter cream and cool in the freezer for about 1 hour until set.<\/li>\n<li>Cut into square in desired size, garnish with some chopped nuts and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the brownies in a closed container in the refrigerator for up to 5-6 days.
