(3 tbsp.) vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>45 ml. (3 tbsp.) milk or water<\/li>\n<li>1 large egg<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>70 grams (1\/2 cup) all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>50 grams (5 tbsp.) whole wheat flour<\/li>\n<li>80 grams (3\/4 cup) whole oats<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. baking soda<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>50 grams (1\/2 cup) coarsely chopped hazelnuts<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 175c degrees.<\/li>\n<li>In large bowl put bananas, sugar, oil, milk, egg and vanilla and beat into a smooth mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Add flour, whole wheat flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt and fold with a spatula just until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Add the chopped nuts and fold just until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the mixture into a greased muffin pan and bake for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.<\/li>\n<li>Cool completely and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Instead of hazelnuts you can use chocolate chips.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">You can freeze the muffins in a sealed bag for 7-10 days.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the muffins in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in a sealed container.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Serve at room temperature.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n<\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Looking for an easy sweet breakfast idea?
