(1 cup) sour cream<\/li>\n<li>200 grams (1 cup) sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>3 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For dark chocolate ganache:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>250 grams coarsely chopped dark chocolate<\/li>\n<li>250 ml. (1 cup) whipping cream<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. corn syrup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Decoration:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Melted white chocolate<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Crust: preheat oven to 170c degrees and lightly grease the pan.<\/li>\n<li>In a food processor with a steel blade put biscuits and cinnamon and ground into a fine powder.<\/li>\n<li>Add melted butter and continue to blend until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Tighten the mixture onto the bottom of the pan in a thin even layer.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 6-8 minutes until golden. Cool slightly at room temperature.<\/li>\n<li>Cheesecake filling: in a large bowl, whisk cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until blended.<\/li>\n<li>Add the eggs one by one, whisking between additions.<\/li>\n<li>Add flour and whisk just until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the cheese filling onto the crust and bake for 25-35 minutes or until set at the edges but still slightly soft in the center. Cool completely.<\/li>\n<li>Dark chocolate ganache: put dark chocolate in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>In a small pot heat heavy cream and salt to simmer.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the cream over the chocolate, wait a minute, and whisk until smooth and shiny. Add in corn syrup and continue to whisk until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the ganache over the cake and refrigerate for 3-4 hours at least before cutting into squares.<\/li>\n<li>Cut into squares and drizzle a little melted white chocolate for decoration.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the cheesecake bars in the refrigerator up to a week in a sealed container.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n<\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I love combining chocolate and cream cheese, and these cheesecake bars are the perfect example for how well these two ingredients go together.
