Muffins are one of my favorite pastries in the morning. It’s really easy to make and only takes a few minutes of preparation before baking.<\/p>\n

These beetroot muffins are vegan \u2013 nondairy and contain no eggs \u2013 and it’s simply delicious and surprising! They have a beautiful red shade that makes them absolutely irresistible. It’s a great idea for breakfast or as a light snack, and you’re gonna love it.<\/p>\n
