(1\/3 cup) olive oil<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. honey<\/li>\n<li>200-250 ml water (add gradually)<\/li>\n<li>5 grams (1 tsp.) fine salt<\/li>\n<li>75 grams (3\/4 cup) chopped walnuts<\/li>\n<li>Beaten egg for brushing<\/li>\n<li>Sesame seeds for decoration<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>In a bowl of a mixer with a dough-hook knead whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, yeast, olive oil and honey for 2-3 minutes until dough begins to form. Gradually add the water and continue to knead for about 5-6 minutes until smooth and slightly sticky.<\/li>\n<li>Add in salt and walnuts and knead another 2-3 minutes, until dough is smooth and elastic.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and allow rising until dough doubles in volume.<\/li>\n<li>Once the dough has risen, knead it for another minute by hand (in order to let the air out), cover and let rise again until doubled in volume.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Form each part of the dough into a ball shape and place on an oven pan lined with baking paper.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and let rise until almost doubled in volume.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 175c degrees.<\/li>\n<li>Gently brush the rolls with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 13-17 minutes, until golden and set.<\/li>\n<li>Cool completely at room temperature.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">It&#8217;s important to add the water gradually in order to get the right texture of the dough; it should be soft and slightly sticky, but not runny.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the rolls in sealed bag in the freezer for up to a month.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n<\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These whole wheat rolls are perfect for dinner or a light snack sandwich.
