(3 tbsp.) freshly squeezed lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>100 ml. (1\/2 cup) vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>100 ml. (1\/2 cup) plain 3% fat yogurt<\/li>\n<li>140 grams (1 cup) all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>5 grams (1 tsp.) baking powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For yogurt glaze:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tbsp. plain 3% fat yogurt<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>5-6 tbsp. sugar powder<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 170 degrees.<\/li>\n<li>In your mixer bowl, put together eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and salt and beat for about 4-5 minutes, until the mixture is very airy and fluffy.<\/li>\n<li>Add the lemon zest and juice and continue beating.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the oil and yogurt together and add to the batter while still mixing it slowly.<\/li>\n<li>When the mixture in unified, sift in the flour and baking powder, and fold until you get a smooth batter.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the batter into loaf pan and bake for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out with some moist crumbs.<\/li>\n<li>Cool cake completely before glazed.<\/li>\n<li>Sour yogurt glaze: Mix all the ingredients together until the mixture is white and sticky.<\/li>\n<li>Use a spoon and drizzle the yogurt glaze over the cake.<\/li>\n<li>Serve the cake at<\/li>\n<li>room temperature.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the cakes in the refrigerator for up to a week.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Serve at room temperature.
