I love how the saltiness of the peanut butter combines with the sweetness of the chocolate.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">These recipe takes the traditional chocolate chip cookies up a notch with added peanut butter into the dough. These peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are so fragrant, crispy and delicious, and you won&#8217;t be able to resist it!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_10942\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10942\" class=\"wp-image-10942\" title=\"Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lilcookie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/peanut_butter_and_chocolate_chip_cookies-s.jpg\" alt=\"Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies\" width=\"800\" height=\"1200\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-10942\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6091382327871787\" data-ad-slot=\"7832461759\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies <\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Based on this recipe from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.browneyedbaker.com\/peanut-butter-oatmeal-chocolate-chip-cookies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Brown Eyed Baker<\/strong><\/a> with some changes and adjustments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">30-40 Cookies<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Ingredients:<br \/>\n<\/u>100 grams soft butter<br \/>\n125 grams smooth peanut butter<br \/>\n100 grams sugar<br \/>\n70 grams dark brown sugar<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. salt<br \/>\n1 tsp. vanilla extract<br \/>\n1 large egg<br \/>\n140 grams all-purpose flour<br \/>\n1 tsp. baking soda<br \/>\n80 grams quick-oats<br \/>\n100 grams dark chocolate chips<br \/>\n50 grams coarsely chopped peanuts<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Preheat oven to 175c degrees.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl of a mixer with a paddle attachment put butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, salt and vanilla and whip until airy and very creamy.<\/li>\n<li>Add egg and continue to whisk until blended.<\/li>\n<li>Sift in flour and baking soda, add oatmeal, chocolate chips and chopped peanuts and blend on low speed until dough is formed.<\/li>\n<li>With an ice cream scoop (or 2 teaspoons) form small balls of dough and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden and set.<\/li>\n<li>Cool on a rack and store in a sealed jar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Keep the cookies in a sealed jar for up to a week.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can use smooth or crunchy peanut butter &#8211; depending on personal taste and preference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_10941\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10941\" class=\"wp-image-10941\" title=\"Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies \" src=\"https:\/\/www.lilcookie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/peanut_butter_and_chocolate_chip_cookies2-s.jpg\" alt=\"Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies \" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-10941\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Peanut butter and chocolate is simply one of my top favorite combos in the kitchen.
