(1 cup) sour cream<\/li>\n<li>100 grams (1\/2 cup) sugar<\/li>\n<li>pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. granulated instant coffee<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. warm water<\/li>\n<li>50 grams (1\/4 cup) melted butter<\/li>\n<li>200 grams (1 1\/2 cups) all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>50 grams (1\/2 cup) almond meal<\/li>\n<li>10 grams (2 tsp.) baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. baking soda<\/li>\n<li>120 grams dark chocolate chips<\/li>\n<li>Sliced \u200b\u200balmonds for decoration<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 170c degrees and lightly grease your muffin tin.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, whisk eggs, sour cream, sugar, salt, instant coffee, water and melted butter into a smooth mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Add in flour, almonds, baking powder, baking soda and chocolate chips and mix just until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the mixture into the pan.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle with sliced \u200b\u200balmonds for decoration.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in the center of the muffins comes out with moist crumbs.<\/li>\n<li>Cool completely and serve at room temperature.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the muffins in a closed container at room temperature up to 3-4 days. In the summer it is recommended to keep in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">The muffins can be frozen for up to a month in a sealed bag.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Instead of almonds you can use any other kind of nuts &#8211; hazelnuts, pecans, cashews and even peanuts.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">You can use vegetable oil instead of melted butter.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n<\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Muffins are such a great idea for a quick breakfast, and this is why I love making it so much.
