It is one of the easiest pastries to prepare in a hurry, with a short baking time, and within less than an hour of work (including baking), you get a delicious treats everyone just love.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The following chocolate chip muffins combine chocolate, coffee and praline. You will need only one bowl and a whisk in order to prepare them, and it is just perfect for hosting. (1 cup) sour cream (see notes for nondairy version)<\/li>\n<li>100 grams (1\/2 cup) sugar<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>50 grams praline paste<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp. instant coffee powder<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. milk (see notes for nondairy version)<\/li>\n<li>60 ml. (1\/4 cup) vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>210 grams (1 1\/2 cups) all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>10 grams (2 tsp.) baking powder<\/li>\n<li>200 grams dark chocolate chips<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 170c degrees and arrange paper cups in a muffin pan.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, whisk eggs, sour cream, sugar, salt, praline, coffee, milk and oil until mixed.<\/li>\n<li>Add flour and baking powder and mix with spatula only until uniform.<\/li>\n<li>Add chocolate chips (reserve about 1\/4 of the amount for decorating the top of the muffins) and stir briefly to disperse evenly in the mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Fill the muffin pan with the mixture and sprinkle over chocolate chips.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the muffins rise, turn golden, and set.<\/li>\n<li>Cool at room temperature and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Nondairy version: instead of sour cream, use soy milk or coconut cream in the same amount and instead of milk use water in the same amount.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the muffins in a closed container for up to a week.
