(1\/2 cup) vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>2 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 large egg white<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>100 grams (3\/4 cup)\u00a0all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. instant coffee powder<\/li>\n<li>75 grams (3\/4 cup) ground coconut<\/li>\n<li>50 grams coarsely chopped dark chocolate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For chocolate batter:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>50 grams dark chocolate<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. instant coffee powder<\/li>\n<li>60 ml. (1\/4 cup) milk<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 170c degrees and grease a loaf pan.<\/li>\n<li>In large bowl whisk sugar, oil, eggs, egg white and salt until blended and smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Sift in flour and baking powder, add coffee and coconut and continue to whisk just until blended.<\/li>\n<li>Add chopped chocolate and stir until it is uniformly dispersed in the mixture.<\/li>\n<li>In a separate bowl, melt chocolate, coffee and milk until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Pour about 1\/3 of the cake batter into the chocolate mixture and mix until blended.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the cake mixture into the mold, and on top pour the chocolate batter.
