(1 cup) sour cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For the topping:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>200 ml. (1 cup) sour cream<\/li>\n<li>20 grams (2 tbsp.) sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Decoration:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Seasonal fruits to choice<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 200c degrees and place a pan full of boiling water on the bottom. This creates a steamy baking environment.<\/li>\n<li>In an electric mixer bowl with a whisking hook, put egg whites and start whipping until white froth is made. Gradually add sugar and continue whipping until a stable meringue is formed.<\/li>\n<li>In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks, vanilla, lemon zest, cornstarch, white cheese, cream cheese and sour cream until blended.<\/li>\n<li>Fold in the meringue gently until you get a smooth batter.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the batter into a greased pan and level off the top.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for about 15 minutes at 200c degrees. Then lower the oven temperature to 150c degrees and continue baking for 45-60 minutes or until the cake is set on the edges, but still slightly soft in the center.<\/li>\n<li>Topping: in a small bowl, mix sour cream and sugar until smooth mixture is formed.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the cake from the oven and pour the topping on it.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for about 10 minutes on 150c degrees.<\/li>\n<li>Turn off the oven and leave the cake inside to cool.<\/li>\n<li>Refrigerate the cake for about 4-5 hours, preferably overnight.<\/li>\n<li>Decoration: Arrange fresh fruit on top neatly serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">You can use any fruit of love according to season and selection in greengrocers.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the cheesecake in a closed container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">The fruit should be added before serving.
