These chocolate cheesecake brownies are perfect for those of you who prefer not to make a decision \u2013 delicious chocolate brownies with cheesecake swirl that is so easy to make!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_10678\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10678\" class=\"wp-image-10678\" title=\"Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lilcookie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/cheese_brownies-new-s.jpg\" alt=\"Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies\" width=\"800\" height=\"548\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-10678\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6091382327871787\" data-ad-slot=\"7832461759\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 21714--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<h4>For the brownies:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>200 grams dark chocolate<\/li>\n<li>150 grams (3\/4 cup) butter<\/li>\n<li>150 grams (3\/4 cup) sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>100 grams (3\/4 cup) all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For orange cheesecake marble filling:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>250 grams (1 pack) cream cheese<\/li>\n<li>50 grams (3 tbsp.) soft butter<\/li>\n<li>70 grams (1\/3 cup) sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>Zest of 1 orange<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. orange liqueur<\/li>\n<li>20 grams (2 tbsp.) all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>40-50 grams chocolate chips<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 175c degrees.<\/li>\n<li>Brownies: in a large bowl melt chocolate and butter in a microwave or over double-boiler.<\/li>\n<li>Add sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt and beat until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Sift in flour and fold in gently with a spatula, just until blended.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the mixture into a greased and level the top.<\/li>\n<li>Orange cheesecake marble filling: in a medium bowl put cheese, butter and sugar and mix into a smooth batter.<\/li>\n<li>Add the eggs one at a time, stirring completely incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Add in vanilla, orange zest and liqueur and stir well until blended.<\/li>\n<li>Add flour and blend just until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the cheese mixture over the brownie layer, and with a long toothpick or skewer create a marble shape.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle over the chocolate chips.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 30-40 minutes, until cheese mixture is set, but still slightly soft in the center.<\/li>\n<li>Cool completely at room temperature and cut into squares.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the brownies in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">You can freeze the brownies for a month.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">If you do not like orange &#8211; omit the orange zest and liqueur.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n<\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Why choose between cheesecake and brownies when you can combine both?
