(1 cup) whipping cream<\/li>\n<li>100 ml. (1\/2 cup) mik<\/li>\n<li>50 ml. (3 tbsp.) vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>zest of a lemon or an orange<\/li>\n<li>3 large ripe bananas (mashed)<\/li>\n<li>500 grams (3 1\/3 cups) all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tbsp. baking powder<\/li>\n<li>200 grams dark chocolate 70% cocoa solids (chopped)<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 180c degrees and lightly grease your pan.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, cinnamon, salt, cream, milk, oil, vanilla, orange zest and mashed bananas to a smooth batter.<\/li>\n<li>Add flour, baking powder and dark chocolate and stir gently just until the mixture is smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the batter to the pan.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick stuck in the center of the muffins comes out with moist crumbs.<\/li>\n<li>Cool completely and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the muffins in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 5-6 days.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">It is recommended to serve the muffins at room temperature.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">If you want, you can add a little chocolate liqueur or brandy to the mix.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">You can use milk or white chocolate in the same amount instead of dark chocolate.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">You can add some chopped nuts to the batter.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n<\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you have a few over-ripe bananas on the kitchen table \u2013 don&#8217;t miss these soft and so delicious chocolate chip banana muffins.
