You can also freeze it in a Ziploc bag.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_11958\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11958\" class=\"wp-image-11958\" title=\"Quick and Easy Bread with Grains\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lilcookie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/seeds_bread-s.jpg\" alt=\"Quick and Easy Bread with Grains\" width=\"800\" height=\"1200\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-11958\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6091382327871787\" data-ad-slot=\"7832461759\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 19889--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Quick and Easy Bread with Grains<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<h4>Ingredients:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>450 grams all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>300 grams spelt flour<\/li>\n<li>15 grams dry active yeast<\/li>\n<li>500 ml. water<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. date-honey (or honey)<\/li>\n<li>25 grams fine salt<\/li>\n<li>50-100 grams sunflower seeds<\/li>\n<li>50-100 grams flax seeds<\/li>\n<li>Some flour for dusting<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>In a bowl of an electric mixer with a dough hook put all-purpose flour, spelt flour, yeast, water, salt and date-honey and knead for about 12-15 minutes, until the dough is smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Add in sunflower seeds and flax seeds and knead another 2-3 minutes until the seeds are evenly dispersed in the dough.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the dough to a work surface, create a round shape and place in a bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled its volume.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the dough to a floured work surface and divide it into 2 equal parts.<\/li>\n<li>Form each part of the dough to a loaf and place on an oven pan lined with slightly floured baking paper.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 230-250c degrees. If you have a baking rock, place it on the bottom of the oven.<\/li>\n<li>Let rise at room temperature until loaves almost doubled their volume.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle a little flour over each loaf and make large incisions on the top using a very sharp knife.<\/li>\n<li>Baking: bake for about 12 minutes and then reduce the oven temperature to 190c degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Carefully (it&#8217;s boiling!) transfer the loaves over a cooling rack and cool completely at room temperature.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">The bread is best when it&#8217;s fresh, but you can freeze it (preferably sliced) in a sealed bag for up to 2 weeks.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">You can add or exclude the seeds and\/or other additions you like.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n<\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This grains bread recipe is one of the easiest you&#8217;ll ever make, and the result is super delicious.
