It&#8217;s something I prepare only in special occasions, because it&#8217;s a dessert you simply have to bake and serve immediately. So chocolate-y, luscious and delicious!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/8pFiXn_oZUQ\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chocolate Souffl\u00e9<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><div class=\"difficulty_mian\"><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>For greasing:<br \/>\n<\/u>Soft butter<br \/>\nSugar<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>For chocolate cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re:<br \/>\n<\/u>250 ml. milk<br \/>\nPinch of salt<br \/>\n3 egg yolks<br \/>\n30 grams sugar<br \/>\n25 grams corn starch<br \/>\n150 grams dark chocolate<br \/>\n50 ml. heavy cream<br \/>\n3 egg whites, at room temperature<br \/>\n20 grams sugar<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Icing sugar for serving<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Butter your individual ramekins and coat with some sugar. Put in the freezer until your souffl\u00e9 mixture is prepared.<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re: in a medium pot bring milk and salt to a simmer.<\/li>\n<li>In the meanwhile, whisk egg yolks, sugar and corn starch together, until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Pour about 1\/3 of the hot milk into egg yolks mixture, while whisking. Gradually add the rest of the milk and whisk until smooth mixture is formed.<\/li>\n<li>Move the mixture back to the pot and cook over medium heat, whisking all the time, for about 3-4 minutes, or until smooth cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re is formed.<\/li>\n<li>Add chocolate to the p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re and whisk until it dissolves.<\/li>\n<li>Cool cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 190\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Add the heavy cream to the p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re and whisk together.<\/li>\n<li>Whip the egg whites until it gets white, then add sugar and continue whipping until soft peaks form.<\/li>\n<li>Fold in the egg whites into the cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re mixture until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Gently spoon the souffle mixture into the ramekins, and place on a baking pan.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until souffle rises from the ramekins, and wobbles a bit in the center.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from oven, dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>It&#8217;s important to use eggs at room temperature.<\/li>\n<li>Beware of over-baking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_7655\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7655\" class=\"wp-image-7655\" title=\"Chocolate Souffle\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lilcookie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/chocolate_souffle_shachar_fleischman-001.jpg\" alt=\"Chocolate Souffle\" width=\"800\" height=\"535\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-7655\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Shachar Fleischman<\/p><\/div>\n<\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chocolate souffl\u00e9 is a classic French dessert I really love to make.
