(1 cup) natural yogurt 3% fat<\/li>\n<li>125 ml. (1\/2 cup) vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>175 grams (1 1\/4 cups) all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>50 grams (1\/2 cup) ground walnuts<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp. baking powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Decoration:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>3-4 tbsp. sliced blanched almonds<\/li>\n<li>2-3 tbsp. light brown sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For serving:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 tbsp. warm honey<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 170c degrees and grease the pans.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, whisk eggs, brown sugar, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, yogurt and oil until the mixture is smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Add flour, ground nuts and baking powder and mix just until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the batter between the two pans and sprinkle with sliced \u200b\u200balmonds and light brown sugar.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for about 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cakes comes out with moist crumbs.<\/li>\n<li>Cool completely at room temperature.<\/li>\n<li>Pour some warm honey on top of the cakes just before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the cakes in a closed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">The cakes can be frozen up to a month.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">You can use any type of nuts you like.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Serve the cake at room temperature.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">You can use maple syrup instead of honey.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n<\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you&#8217;re like me, and you like honey cakes all year round and not only on Rosh Ha&#8217;shana \u2013 you&#8217;re going to love this cake!
