(1 cup) milk<\/li>\n<li>250 grams (1 cup) strawberry puree<\/li>\n<li>75 grams (1\/3 cup) sugar<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>25 grams (2 tbsp.) butter<\/li>\n<li>30 grams (3 tbsp.) cornstarch<\/li>\n<li>60 ml. (1\/4 cup) water<\/li>\n<li>100 grams white chocolate (finely chopped)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For the cream:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>250 ml. (1 cup) whipping cream (very cold)<\/li>\n<li>30 grams (3 tbsp.) sugar powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Decoration:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>5 strawberries (halved)<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>White chocolate strawberry pudding: in a medium pot place milk, strawberry puree, sugar, salt and butter and heat to a boil.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, mix cornstarch and water into a smooth mixture in a small separate bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Pour about 1\/3 pf the milk mixture into the cornstarch mixture while whisking.<\/li>\n<li>Add the cornstarch mixture into the pan with the remaining milk mixture and whisk well.<\/li>\n<li>Cook the mixture over medium heat while constantly whisking until it thickens.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from heat and add in the chopped chocolate. Continue to whisk until chocolate has melted and incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the mixture between the glasses and fill about 2\/3 of its height.<\/li>\n<li>Cool in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set completely.<\/li>\n<li>Cream: in a mixer bowl whip cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the whipped cream into a piping bag with a serrated 2 cm piping tip and drizzle mounds of whipped cream on top of each pudding.<\/li>\n<li>Decorate with strawberries and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Strawberry puree can be bought (frozen) in baking specialty stores for products and ingredients.
