I love how the some-what salty peanut butter combines with the sweetness of the chocolate chips.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">These peanut butter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lilcookie.com\/vegan-chocolate-chip-cookies-olive-oil\/\">chocolate chip cookies<\/a> are a wonderful treat for Snickers bar lovers \u2013 it&#8217;s made of 2 different kinds of dough (both very easy to make), and has so much chocolate and peanut butter inside! These chocolate chip cookies are a melt-in-your-mouth decadent treat that is also great for Christmas.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_15157\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-15157\" class=\"wp-image-15157\" title=\"Marbled Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lilcookie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/chocolate_peanut_butter_and_snickers_cookies-s.jpg\" alt=\"Marbled Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies\" width=\"800\" height=\"1200\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-15157\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6091382327871787\" data-ad-slot=\"7832461759\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Marbled Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies <\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Based on this <a href=\"http:\/\/buddingbaketress.blogspot.co.il\/2011\/09\/marbled-peanut-butter-chocolate.html\">recipe<\/a>, with a few changes and adjustments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">20-30 cookies<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>For peanut butter dough:<br \/>\n<\/u>250 grams smooth peanut butter<br \/>\n200 grams sugar<br \/>\n1 large egg<br \/>\n100 grams dark chocolate, chopped<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>For chocolate dough:<br \/>\n<\/u>100 grams soft butter<br \/>\n70 grams sugar<br \/>\n30 grams dark brown sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. vanilla extract<br \/>\nPinch of salt<br \/>\n1 large egg<br \/>\n140 grams all-purpose flour<br \/>\n70 grams cocoa powder<br \/>\n1 tsp. baking soda<br \/>\n2 diced Snickers bar<br \/>\n50 grams chocolate chips<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Peanut butter dough: in a large bowl mix peanut butter, sugar and egg until slightly sticky dough forms.<\/li>\n<li>Add chopped chocolate and stir to disperse evenly in the dough.<\/li>\n<li>Chocolate dough: in a bowl of a mixer with a paddle-attachment put butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and salt and blend at high speed until the mixture is soft and creamy.<\/li>\n<li>Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula and add egg. Blend mixture until it is absorbed.<\/li>\n<li>Add flour, cocoa and baking soda and mix just until the large clumps of dough form.<\/li>\n<li>Add the most cubes Snickers bar (keep some for decoration) and the chopped chocolate and mix briefly only to disperse in the dough.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 170c degrees and line an oven tray with baking paper.<\/li>\n<li>Form 2 types of dough into small balls of similar size. Merge 2 balls together to create a cookie and put on the pan.
