(1\/2 cup) vegetable oil<br \/>\n200 ml. coconut milk<br \/>\n3 large ripe bananas, mashed<br \/>\n140 grams (1 cup) all-purpose flour<br \/>\n150 grams quick oats<br \/>\n10 grams (2 tsp.) baking powder<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Icing sugar for decoration<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Preheat oven to 170c degrees and grease the pan well.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, whisk eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, oil, coconut milk and mashed bananas until the mixture is smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Add flour, oatmeal and baking powder and stir just until the mixture is smooth.
