I&#8217;ve visited Italy 4 times, and each time was such a wonderful experience in every single aspect \u2013 food, people, scenery and the whole vibe is amazing.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">I tasted these cookies in my last visit in the Dolomites and Toscany areas. The cookies are calles Baci di Dama (&#8220;the kiss of the lady&#8221;), and are made of two golden and buttery almond cookies filled with chocolate (I chose Nutella). It&#8217;s simply divine and so easy to make!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_15109\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-15109\" class=\"wp-image-15109\" title=\"Baci di Dama \u2013 Italian Almond and Chocolate Cookies\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lilcookie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/bacci_di_dama3-s.jpg\" alt=\"Baci di Dama \u2013 Italian Almond and Chocolate Cookies\" width=\"800\" height=\"1200\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-15109\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6091382327871787\" data-ad-slot=\"7832461759\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 19837--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Baci di Dama \u2013 Italian Almond and Chocolate Cookies<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n\t\tAccording to Sharon&#8217;s recipe at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pastaeveryday.co.il\/baci-di-dama\/\"><b>Pasta Every Day<\/b><\/a> with some changes. \t<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<h4>For the cookies:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>150 grams (1 1\/2 cups) whole almonds (not roasted)<\/li>\n<li>150 grams (1 cup + 1 tbsp.) all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>150 grams (1 stick + 1 tbsp.) cold butter (cut into cubes)<\/li>\n<li>100 grams (1\/2 cup) sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For the filling:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 jar of Nutella<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 170c degrees.<\/li>\n<li>In a food processor with a steel blade put almonds and flour and process until very finely ground almond flour meal is formed.<\/li>\n<li>Add sugar, butter, vanilla and salt and process until the large clumps of dough form.
