(1\/3 cup) vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>100 grams (1\/2 cup) sugar<\/li>\n<li>pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>2 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>200 grams (1 cup) coconut milk<\/li>\n<li>45 ml. (3 tbsp.) water<\/li>\n<li>40 grams (4 tbsp.) cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li>100 grams (3\/4 cup) all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. baking powder<\/li>\n<li>25 grams (1\/4 cup) ground coconut<\/li>\n<li>40 grams (1\/3 cup) ground hazelnuts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For chocolate ganache:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>150 grams dark chocolate<\/li>\n<li>125 ml. (1\/2 cup) whipping cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For decoration:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>shredded coconut<\/li>\n<li>caramelized shredded nuts<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 170c degrees and grease a muffin pan.<\/li>\n<li>Chop the chocolate and place in a bowl. Melt in the microwave or over double boiler until melted.<\/li>\n<li>Add oil, sugar and salt and beat into a smooth mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Add eggs, coconut milk and water and beat until you get a smooth and light mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, coconut and ground nuts and mix just until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the batter into the ports. Fill about 2\/3 of each socket.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the muffins are set and toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.<\/li>\n<li>Cool to room temperature.<\/li>\n<li>Chocolate ganache: chop the chocolate and place in a bowl.
