The recipe is based on Pierre Herme&#8217;s recipe, and has become one of the regular recipes I make weekly &#8211; I have these chocolate cookies in the cookie jar in our kitchen most of the time.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_12679\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-12679\" class=\"wp-image-12679\" title=\"Pierre Herme Chocolate and Sea Salt Cookies \" src=\"https:\/\/www.oogio.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/dark_chocolate_fleur_de_sel_cookies-s.jpg\" alt=\"Pierre Herme Chocolate and Sea Salt Cookies \" width=\"800\" height=\"795\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-12679\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6091382327871787\" data-ad-slot=\"7832461759\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><\/p>\n<p><script>\/\/ \n<br \/>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});<br \/>\n\/\/ <\/script><\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pierre Herme Chocolate and Sea Salt Cookies\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adapted from <a href=\"https:\/\/food52.com\/recipes\/25372-pierre-herme-dorie-greenspan-s-world-peace-cookies\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pierre Herme recipe<\/a> as has been published by Dori Greenspan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">30-40 cookies<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><div class=\"difficulty_mian\"><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><br \/>\n150 grams soft butter<br \/>\n120 grams light brown sugar<br \/>\n50 grams sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. ground sea salt<br \/>\n1 tsp. vanilla extract<br \/>\n175 grams all-purpose flour<br \/>\n30 grams cocoa powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. baking powder<br \/>\n150 grams dark chocolate, 70% cocoa solids, finely chopped<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>In a bowl of an electric mixer with a paddle attachment put butter, brown sugar, sugar, salt and vanilla and blend until the mixture is creamy.<\/li>\n<li>Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and chopped chocolate and mix just until the large clumps of dough are formed.
