These honey chocolate brownies are simply SO GOOD!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_12945\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-12945\" class=\"wp-image-12945\" title=\"Gluten Free Honey Chocolate Brownies with Nuts\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oogio.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/chocolate_honey_and_nuts_brownies-s.jpg\" alt=\"Gluten Free Honey Chocolate Brownies with Nuts\" width=\"800\" height=\"795\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-12945\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6091382327871787\" data-ad-slot=\"7832461759\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 21262--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Gluten Free Honey Chocolate Brownies with Nuts<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<h4>For the brownies:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>200 grams dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa solids)<\/li>\n<li>150 grams (3\/4 cup) butter<\/li>\n<li>200 grams (10 tbsp.) honey<\/li>\n<li>50 grams (5 tbsp.) dark brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp. fine salt<\/li>\n<li>3 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>70 grams (1\/2 cup) cornstarch<\/li>\n<li>35 grams (1\/3 cup) almond meal<\/li>\n<li>150 grams assorted nuts (coarsely chopped)<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 170c degrees and grease the pan.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl place butter and chocolate and melt in the microwave or over double boiler until everything is melted and mixture is smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Add honey, sugar and salt and whisk until the mixture is uniform.<\/li>\n<li>Add the eggs one at a time, stirring between additions.<\/li>\n<li>Add cornstarch and almond meal and mix just until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Add nuts and fold in gently until evenly dispersed in the batter.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the batter into the pan, and smooth the top.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 18-25 minutes or until set at the margins but still slightly soft in the center.<\/li>\n<li>Cool completely at room temperature and cut into squares of desired size.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the honey chocolate brownies in a closed container at room temperature up to a week.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">The brownies can be frozen up to a month in a sealed box.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">You can use any type of nuts you prefer and combine different types.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Instead of honey you can use maple or date syrup.
