It&#8217;s super easy to make, and makes a great dessert for the winter.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FvrK8TTeP3M\" width=\"800\" height=\"566\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Tahini Chocolate Lava Cakes<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For the chocolate lava cakes:<\/span><br \/>\n100 grams butter<br \/>\n200 grams dark chocolate, 53% cocoa solids<br \/>\n3 large eggs<br \/>\n70 grams (1\/3 cup) sugar<br \/>\nPinch of salt<br \/>\n25 grams (2 tbsp.) cornstarch or all-purpose flour<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For tahini filling:<\/span><br \/>\n50 grams raw tahini paste<br \/>\n50 grams honey<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Icing sugar for serving<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Preheat oven to 180c degrees and grease the pans.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, melt chocolate and butter in the microwave or over double-boiler.<\/li>\n<li>In a mixer bowl with whipping attachment, whip eggs, sugar and salt at high speed until mixture is fluffy, light and airy.<\/li>\n<li>Add in the chocolate mixture and gently fold with a spatula until combined.<\/li>\n<li>Add cornstarch and stir until the mixture is shiny and smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the mixture between the pans and fill about 1\/2 of its height.<\/li>\n<li>Halva filling: in a small bowl mix tahini and honey until a uniform paste if formed.<\/li>\n<li>Pour about 1 teaspoon of halva filling into each fondant.<\/li>\n<li>Fill the molds with remaining mixture almost to the top.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until set on the edges but still soft in the center.<\/li>\n<li>Turn onto a serving plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>You can prepare the chocolate lava cakes up until baking stage and keep it well wrapped in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. You can also freeze it for up to 2-3 weeks.
