It&#8217;s so easy to make and simply delicious you won&#8217;t be able to resist them!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_7849\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7849\" class=\"wp-image-7849\" title=\"Vanilla Orange Cookies\" src=\"http:\/\/oogio.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/orange_vanilla_coookies-s.jpg\" alt=\"Vanilla Orange Cookies\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-7849\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6091382327871787\" data-ad-slot=\"7832461759\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Vanilla Orange Cookies<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">50-60 small cookies<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><br \/>\n100 grams soft butter<br \/>\n100 grams (1\/2 cup) sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp, vanilla extract<br \/>\nPinch of salt<br \/>\nWhole orange zest<br \/>\n2 tbsp. orange juice<br \/>\n3 egg yolks<br \/>\n175 grams all-purpose flour<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">50 grams light brown sugar for topping<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>In a mixer bowl with a paddle attachment put butter, sugar, vanilla, salt and orange zest. Whip on high speed until mixture is smooth, frothy and very creamy.<\/li>\n<li>Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula and add orange juice. Blend on medium speed until it is absorbed into the batter.<\/li>\n<li>Add the egg yolks one at a time and mix between additions.<\/li>\n<li>Add flour and whip just until soft dough is formed.<\/li>\n<li>Cool the dough for about 5-10 minutes in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the dough into 2 parts.<\/li>\n<li>Create a tight cylinder shape from each part of the dough and put on a tray lined with baking paper.
