I simply cannot stop making desserts with this flavors combination, and this is why there are so many chocolate and peanut butter desserts over the blog.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">This peanut butter chocolate pie is perfect for Passover. It&#8217;s made of a rich chocolate crust filled with chocolate ganache that is marbled with smooth peanut butter to create a beautiful look easily. This pie is a show stopper and will make everyone say WOW as soon as they tasted it.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_8694\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8694\" class=\"wp-image-8694\" title=\"Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie for Passover\" src=\"http:\/\/oogio.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/peanut_butter_and_chocolate_tart_for_passover-s.jpg\" alt=\"Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie for Passover\" width=\"800\" height=\"1200\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-8694\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6091382327871787\" data-ad-slot=\"7832461759\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 20339--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie for Passover<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<h4>For the chocolate crust:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>100 grams (3\/4 cup) matzo meal<\/li>\n<li>50 grams (5 tbsp.) cornstarch<\/li>\n<li>30 grams (1\/3 cup) almond meal<\/li>\n<li>30 grams (3 tbsp.) cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li>50 grams (1\/4 cup) sugar<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>100 grams (1 stick) cold butter cut into cubes<\/li>\n<li>1 large egg<\/li>\n<li>1-2 tbsp. water (if necessary)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For peanut butter filling:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>150 grams smooth peanut butter<\/li>\n<li>85 grams (3\/4 cup) sugar powder<\/li>\n<li>30 grams (2 tbsp.) soft butter<\/li>\n<li>75 ml. (1\/3 cup) cold whipping cream<\/li>\n<li>A handful of chopped peanuts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For chocolate ganache:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>150 grams dark chocolate<\/li>\n<li>125 ml. (1\/2 cup) whipping cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Decoration:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 tbsp. smooth peanut butter<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Chocolate crust: in a food processor with a steel blade blend matzo meal, cornstarch, almond meal, cocoa, sugar, salt, vanilla and butter until crumbly.<\/li>\n<li>Add egg and continue to blend until large chunks of dough form. If necessary, add a little water.<\/li>\n<li>Lightly grease the pan and spread the dough on the bottom and sides forming a pie crust. It&#8217;s important to create a right angle between the base and the sides so that the margins remain high when baking.<\/li>\n<li>Cool the crust for about 10 minutes in the freezer and preheat the oven to 170c degrees.<\/li>\n<li>Bake the crust for about 15-20 minutes or until set.<\/li>\n<li>Cool completely before filling.<\/li>\n<li>Peanut butter filling: in a bowl of a mixer with the paddle-attachment, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar and butter to a creamy mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Add the cream in a thin stream while whipping on medium speed until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Add the peanuts and continue to whip until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the cream over the crust and flatten the top with a spatula.<\/li>\n<li>Chocolate ganache: chop the chocolate and put in a small bowl.<\/li>\n<li>In a small pan, heat cream to a simmer.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate, wait a minute, and beat well until you get a uniform and shiny chocolate ganache.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the ganache over the peanut cream and smooth the top.<\/li>\n<li>Decoration: slightly heat peanut butter in the microwave for 10-20 seconds or until it softens.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the peanut butter into a small pastry bag and drizzle small droplets on top of the chocolate coating. Using a skewer or a toothpick, create a marble shape.<\/li>\n<li>Refrigerate for about 1\/2 hour to set and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the pie in the refrigerator for 5-6 days. Serve at room temperature.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Please note that the tart is not gluten-free, although it is suitable for Passover.
