(1 cup) cold whipping cream<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. sugar powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For decoration:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>sour cherries<\/li>\n<li>grated dark chocolate<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 170c degrees and lightly grease the molds.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl melt chocolate and butter in the microwave or over double boiler.<\/li>\n<li>Add in sugar, salt and vanilla and beat well.<\/li>\n<li>Add the eggs one at a time until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Add ground almonds and mix just until they are assimilated into the mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the batter into a pastry bag and pipe into the silicon pan. This can be done with a spoon, but much more convenient (and less messy) to pipe. Fill almost to the edge of the pan.<\/li>\n<li>Put some berries over each brownie.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until brownies are set but still a little soft in the center.<\/li>\n<li>Cool completely at room temperature and remove from the pan.<\/li>\n<li>Vanilla cream: in a bowl of a mixer whip cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until hard peaks form.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the whipped cream with a pastry bag fitted with 1 cm in diameter round piping tip, and pipe over the brownies.<\/li>\n<li>Garnish with half cherries and grated chocolate and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Keep the black forest brownies for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">It is recommended to add the cherries and chocolate before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n<\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These gluten free mini black forest brownies make such a great and easy dessert all of you chocolate and cherry lovers will LOVE!
