It&#8217;s delicious and if you like chocolate and hazelnuts you just have to try it!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_10260\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10260\" class=\"wp-image-10260\" title=\"Homemade Ferrero Rocher \" src=\"http:\/\/oogio.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/homemade_ferrero_rocher-s.jpg\" alt=\"Homemade Ferrero Rocher \" width=\"800\" height=\"1200\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-10260\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6091382327871787\" data-ad-slot=\"7832461759\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Homemade Ferrero Rocher <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">12-15 Ferrero Rocher<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For the candy:<\/span><br \/>\n50 grams Paillet\u00e9 Feuilletine<br \/>\n50 grams toasted hazelnuts, finely chopped<br \/>\n140 grams praline paste<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp. fine salt<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For the filling:<\/span><br \/>\n12-15 whole hazelnuts, roasted and peeled<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For the topping:<\/span><br \/>\n200 grams dark chcolate<br \/>\n10 grams cocoa butter<br \/>\n50 grams toasted hazelnuts, finely chopped<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mix Paillet\u00e9 Feuilletine, chopped nuts, praline paste and salt to relatively solid mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Cool the mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour.<\/li>\n<li>Form balls of the mixture and put 1 whole hazelnut inside each ball.<\/li>\n<li>Chill the balls in the freezer for about an hour.<\/li>\n<li>Coating: temper the chocolate and cocoa butter.<\/li>\n<li>Add in chopped nuts and mix until they are assimilated into the mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Dip each ball in the chocolate coating and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper until chocolate sets.<\/li>\n<li>Serve at room temperature.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can use any kind of nut you like instead of hazelnuts.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paillet\u00e9 Feuilletine is a caramelized wafer-thin chips.
