Not only chocolate chip cookies, but also pistachios and sea salt &#8211; all together make these perfect chocolate chip cookies that are so delicious and addictive. You gotta try it!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_10453\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10453\" class=\"wp-image-10453\" title=\"Salted Pistachio Chocolate Chip Cookies\" src=\"http:\/\/oogio.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/chocolate_pistachio_sea_salt_cookies2-s.jpg\" alt=\"Salted Pistachio Chocolate Chip Cookies\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-10453\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6091382327871787\" data-ad-slot=\"7832461759\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Chocolate, Pistachio and Sea Salt Cookies\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Based on a recipe from <a href=\"http:\/\/joythebaker.com\/2012\/08\/dark-chocolate-pistachio-smoked-sea-salt-cookies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Joy the Baker<\/strong><\/a> with my changes and adjustments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">24-26 cookies<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><br \/>\n100 grams (1 stick) soft butter<br \/>\n100 grams (1\/2 cup) sugar<br \/>\n100 grams (1\/2 packed cup) dark brown sugar<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. fine salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. vanilla extract<br \/>\n1 large egg<br \/>\n175 (1 1\/4 cups) grams all-purpose flour<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. baking soda<br \/>\n100 grams (1 cup) natural pistachios, coarsely chopped<br \/>\n150 grams (1 1\/2 cups) dark chocolate chips<br \/>\n50 grams (1\/2 cup) milk chocolate chips<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Atlantic sea salt for decoration<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Preheat oven to 175c degrees.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl of an electric mixer with a paddle attachment, mix butter, white sugar, brown sugar, salt and vanilla until mixture is smooth and creamy.<\/li>\n<li>Add egg and continue to blend the mixture until it is absorbed.<\/li>\n<li>Add flour, baking soda, pistachios, dark and milk chocolate chips and blend just until slightly sticky dough is formed.<\/li>\n<li>Using an ice cream scoop or 2 tablespoons create small mounds of dough and put on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Keep about 3-4 cm margin between the cookies.
