This praline cake makes the perfect cake for Passover and for people who avoid gluten.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_10617\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10617\" class=\"wp-image-10617\" title=\"Gluten-Free Nondairy Hazelnut Praline Cake\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lilcookie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/hazelnut_and_praline_cake-s.jpg\" alt=\"Gluten-Free Nondairy Hazelnut Praline Cake\" width=\"800\" height=\"1200\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-10617\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6091382327871787\" data-ad-slot=\"7832461759\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Gluten-Free Nondairy Hazelnut Praline Cake<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">22 cm round cake pan<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For hazelnut praline cake:<\/span><br \/>\n4 large eggs<br \/>\n180 grams light brown sugar<br \/>\n2 tbsp. praline paste<br \/>\nPinch of salt<br \/>\n1 tsp. vanilla extract<br \/>\n1 tbsp. hazelnut liqueur or brandy<br \/>\n100 grams vegetable oil<br \/>\n100 grams whole hazelnuts<br \/>\n100 grams walnuts or whole pecans<br \/>\n50 grams whole almonds<br \/>\n2 tbsp. cornstarch<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Icing sugar for decoration<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Preheat oven to 170c degrees and grease the pan.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, praline paste, salt, vanilla, liqueur and oil until the mixture is smooth.<\/li>\n<li>In a food processor or blender grind hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds and cornstarch until you get a fine powder.<\/li>\n<li>Add the powdered nuts into the batter and mix until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out with moist crumbs.<\/li>\n<li>Cool completely at room temperature.
