They and are so delicious you won&#8217;t be able to eat only one.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_10834\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10834\" class=\"wp-image-10834\" title=\"Maple Oatmeal Cookies with Pecans\" src=\"http:\/\/oogio.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/maple_pecan_oatmeal_cookies-s.jpg\" alt=\"Maple Oatmeal Cookies with Pecans\" width=\"800\" height=\"1200\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-10834\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Natalie Levin<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6091382327871787\" data-ad-slot=\"7832461759\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 21629--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Maple Oatmeal Cookies with Pecans<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<h4>Ingredients:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>100 grams (1\/2 cup) soft butter<\/li>\n<li>175 grams (3\/4 cup) dark brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>20 grams (1 tbsp).maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 large egg<\/li>\n<li>160 grams (1 cup + 2 tbsp.) all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>100 grams (1 cup) whole oats<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. baking soda<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of baking powder<\/li>\n<li>70 grams (2\/3 cup) chopped pecans<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 160c degrees.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl of a mixer with a paddle attachment, put butter, sugar, maple and vanilla and whip on high speed until the mixture is creamy and soft.<\/li>\n<li>Add the egg and continue to blend until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula, and add flour, oatmeal, salt, baking soda, baking powder and chopped nuts.
