YUM!<\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 19456--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Cookies<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<h4>For the peanut butter sandwich cookies:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>240 grams (1 cup) smooth peanut butter<\/li>\n<li>100 grams (1\/2 cup) sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 large egg<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. baking powder<\/li>\n<li>65 grams (1\/2 cup) whole wheat flour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For the filling:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Strawberry or raspberry jam<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 170c degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li>In medium bowl put peanut butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder and flour and mix well just until dough is formed. It is important to avoid over-processing.<\/li>\n<li>Using a spoon take small pieces of dough and roll into circles the size of a small walnut.
